Professor Proctor

Professor Proctor (Japanese: Dr. Moroboshi) is a character of the day who appeared in Where's Armaldo?

Professor Proctor lives on Wales Island with his wife, Annie. Together, they research all the Fossil Pokémon in the Hoenn region. Proctor hoped to one day open up the island for everyone to see the Pokémon.

However, that changed when one of the Anorith he was looking after evolved into Armaldo and went on a rampage, destroying everything. It didn't calm down until after Proctor saved it from Team Rocket.

After the ordeal, Proctor decided that Wales Island and the Fossil Pokémon would be better off being a secret. He and Annie bid farwell to Ash and his friends and continued to research the Pokémon on Wales Island.
