A Officer or Policeman (Japanese: お巡りさん Omawari-san, Policeman) is a type of Pokémon trainer that first debuted in the Generation II games. They are police officers with flashlights that only battle at night. In some ways, their counterpart is the Jogger class which can only be battled in the morning.
They specialize in using Growlithe in Generation II, in Generation IV they use a combination of Hoothoot and various Fighting type Pokémon.
