Milky Isobe is an illustrator for the Pokémon Trading Card Game.

Apart from doing TCG illustrations, he/she works as an art director and has been working with computer graphics since the 1980s.

Known for creating covers for magazines published by the now defunct Peyotl Kobo such as Yaso, Milky Isobe is currently responsible for reviving and publishing the art magazine, YASO 2-.
