Milky Isobe (Japanese: ミルキィ・イソベ) is a former art director at Creatures, Inc. who worked on the Pokémon Trading Card Game from the beginning until the end of the Black & White Series.[1] Isobe has also provided illustrations for the TCG.

Known for creating covers for magazines published by the now defunct Peyotl Kobo such as Yaso, Milky Isobe is responsible for starting Studio Parabolica and publishing the art magazine, YASO 2-. She has been working with computer graphics since the 1980s.

The list of cards that Isobe illustrated can be found here. So far, Isobe has only illustrated Trainer or Energy cards.
