Designer, or Engineer is an unnamed one-time character of the day in the Pokémon anime who appeared in the episode Bibarel Gnaws Best.

He was the main antagonist in the episode, a corrupt engineer who designed the bridge being built knowing it would collapse.
He is very impatient, rash, and selfish, and cares more about his reputation as a Head Engineer than the safety of others. When Isis fails to build the bridge in time, he becomes overcome with rage and tries to make it himself with his own Pokémon, beating up Bibarel to get past him.
