This is listed as an anime-only location, but there's a Pokemon school in this city in the games, isn't there?  I could swear I attended it - you had to fight three little kid trainers scattered around the grounds, then the pre-teen "leader" of the kids, then the Trial Captain tested your skills.  Gatherer818 (talk) 06:30, 28 December 2016 (UTC)

:In the games it has a different name: Alola Route 1. I don't know who decided that we should consider Pokémon School to be a different, anime-only location. But it seems to me like both ways — either considering them the same or different — would be reasonably justifiable. == Melemele Map ==
The Pokemon Daisuki Club website had a section about Alola and they actually have some form of decent looking map of the main islands. I'm not sure if it's necessary, but I think a map of the island couldn't really hurt to be put in this article? Here is the map of Melemele and this is the site for it. I think he picture might need some form of blue background in order to be understood more clearly. Aozora210 (talk) 17:56, 28 December 2016 (UTC)

Ilima

Hey, if it hasn't been done, the fact that Ilima is the trial captain of Melemele Island should be put here. (Sorry if this isn't the best, it's my first time on the discussion page). - unsigned comment from TraxScrip813 (talkcontribs)

Hau'Oli City

Should we add the fact showcased in the demo that the large city on Melemele Island is called Hau'Oli City and it is based on Honolulu? Thanks.TraxScrip813 (talk) 15:41, 20 October 2016 (UTC)

Yeah someone needs to get on that. I'd do it, but the page is locked. Croaker (talk) 22:55, 20 October 2016 (UTC)

Island colors

Can we add to each of the four major islands name etymology sections that the colors used for the island names are the colors designated for those islands? (Melemele is O'ahu's color, Akala is Maui's color, Poni is Kaua'i's color, and 'Ula'ula is Big islands)—Naui (talk) 21:42, 27 October 2016 (UTC)

Just to be clear, this is the "official color" of the islands? (I see these on Wikipedia, but it's not super clear.) And the ʻIlima would be the "official flower" of Oahu? Tiddlywinks (talk) 22:08, 27 October 2016 (UTC)

Pokemon School

This is listed as an anime-only location, but there's a Pokemon school in this city in the games, isn't there? I could swear I attended it - you had to fight three little kid trainers scattered around the grounds, then the pre-teen "leader" of the kids, then the Trial Captain tested your skills. Gatherer818 (talk) 06:30, 28 December 2016 (UTC)

In the games it has a different name: Trainers' School. I don't know who decided that we should consider Pokémon School to be a different, anime-only location. But it seems to me like both ways — either considering them the same or different — would be reasonably justifiable. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 06:48, 28 December 2016 (UTC)

Melemele Map

The Pokemon Daisuki Club website had a section about Alola and they actually have some form of decent looking map of the main islands. I'm not sure if it's necessary, but I think a map of the island couldn't really hurt to be put in this article? Here is the map of Melemele and this is the site for it. I think he picture might need some form of blue background in order to be understood more clearly. Aozora210 (talk) 17:56, 28 December 2016 (UTC)
