Here's the deal: Pawniard can only learn Guillotine at level 62, and Georgia's Pawniard clearly knew Guillotine when it first appeared. However, Pawniard evolves into Bisharp 10 levels before. Here's the deal: Pawniard can only learn Guillotine at level 62, and Georgia's Pawniard clearly knew Guillotine when it first appeared. However, Pawniard evolves into Bisharp 10 levels before.
