Mt. Thunder is the sixth dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon and the first to feauture a boss fight with a Legendary Pokémon, Zapdos. It takes place inside of a mountain filled with Electric-type Pokémon, in addition to others.

After floor 10, the player is given an option to save and heal and continue on to Mt. Thunder Peak. There is no chance of finding a Monster House, a shop, or a buried item in this dungeon.
