Chairperson Erma is an elderly woman who is the head of the Ranger Union in Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia.She often calls the player dear, like a grandmother.
Template:Spoiler In her youth, she, Prof. Hastings, and Mr. Lamont were childhood friends with dreams. Her dream was to protect nature and Pokémon and with Hastings' development of the Capture Styler and Lamont's Ranger School, that dream was realized and the Ranger Union was established.
