The Pokémon Mystery Club (Japanese: ポケモン不思議クラブ Pokémon Mystery Club) is a duo of two overzealous investigators: Ken (ケン Ken) and Mary (メリー Mery). They first appeared in Wish Upon a Star Shape and later reappeared in Crazy as a Lunatone.  Like Team Rocket, they have a motto, but consider themselves to be heroes despite their dubious methods.  Although they don't use Pokémon of their own, they have a variety of scientifically advanced equipment and gadgets including bulldozers, jetpacks, robots, and rocket launchers which they build themselves using tools from the bag that Mary carries. They usually call themselves 'PMC' for short.

In the Japanese version, Mary was voiced by 落合 るみ Ochiai Rumi in her first episode and 進藤 尚美 Shindo Naomi in her second. Ken is voiced by 関俊彦 Seki Toshihiko in both.

Mary (Japanese: メリー Mery) is a member of the Pokémon Mystery Club. Along with her partner Ken, they try to solve Pokémon mysteries. Their main mission is to prove that Pokémon came from space. Her Japanese voice actresses are Ochiai Rumi (EP246) and Shindo Naomi (AG087).

In their first appearance, Mary and Ken were trying to capture a Cleffa that had fallen from a spacecraft. They wanted to see where it had come from. Ash and his friends, not wanting Cleffa to be harmed, tried to stop them from taking it. Ash sent his Phanpy to protect Cleffa. The young Pokémon successfully brought Cleffa home to its spacecraft and away from Mary's grasp.

When Mary and Ken reappeared in Advanced Generation, they were up to their old tricks again. This time, they wanted to capture a Lunatone. Just like last time, they were sent blasting off.
