In Japan, during the months of May and June 2010, those who bought two LEGEND series booster packs were entered into a drawing to win one of one thousand sets of Entei, Raikou, and Suicune.

This Entei card is based on the Shiny Nintendo event Entei given out in Japanese movie theaters playing Zoroark: Master of Illusions in July 2010. ExtremeSpeed is a move in the Pokémon games that the event Entei knows. this card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon SoulSilver.
