Anenga is a Pokémon fan site created by Chris, the creator of Bulbagarden. The site was created after Bulbagarden went down in 2001.

The name Anenga comes from "Anime, Entertainment, and Games. There was much speculation as to what the site would be about. Initially, it was going to be the first product of a proprietary software Chris was developing with a friend.

After the forums opened in 2003, and some demo pages were released, the site appeared to cease development. Chris wasn't heard from for months, and the site was never completed.

The forums remain active to this day, although Chris is not one of the active members.
