Ryo Takamisaki (鷹岬 諒 Takamisaki Ryō) is a Japanese manga artist born in August 14, 1963. Ryo grew up in Ibaraki, Japan, and graduated from Nagoya University. Aside from Pokémon, he is known for series such as King of Fighters G, Godzilla vs. Megaguirus and the popular series MegaMan NT Warrior. He frequently uses screentone in his works.
