Would Cosmog be classified as a Baby Pokémon? It has low stats, a shallow movepool, cannot breed, and evolves into Pokémon many times stronger than it is. This is similar to other Baby Pokémon, with the only major difference being that Cosmog's adult forms can't breed either.
