Blaziken first appeared in its Mega Form solely without its trainer in Kalos, Where Dreams and Adventures Begin!. It appeared on the flight control tower of the airport Ash landed on and Ash watched on as Blaziken jumped over him and disappeared in a flash.

In Lumiose City Pursuit!, Blaziken appeared again as Mega Blaziken as it saved Ash from falling down Prism Tower after he tried to stop a rampaging Garchomp. Afterwards it went back to Blaziken Mask who congratulated him as it reverted back to its normal form.

It appeared again in XY008.

None of Blaziken's moves are known.
