Mr. Alt's Pulse:
The first course which you go through, teaching the Alt button.  Considering it's the first course, it's a relatively simple level.  The only keys you will need here are the Q, A, and Z keys.

Silver Medal Requirements: Successfully press a letter corresponding to a ball 10 times in a row.

Blastoise's Resort:
The second level in the game, you knock out various balls with simple letters. The level teaches you the X button.  The keys you use here are the W, S, X, E, D, and C buttons.  The Pokémon you catch here do not get added to the Pokédex.

Diglett Ridge:
The third level, teaching you the D button.  As you go through the level, there are three slots of holes which letters will appear inside, causing Pokémon to (sometimes) come out.  Hit the button and the Pokémon will go back in.  The Pokémon captured here, like the previous level, will not be added to the Pokédex.
Bronze medal requirements:  Pass a level getting the Pokémon correct.
Silver medal requirements:  Successfully capture 20 Pokémon.
Gold medal requirements:  Capture every Pokémon without making a mistake.

The fourth level, teaching C.  Like the previous levels, it has Pokémon come down behind different balls.  Hit the letter correctly and the Pokémon will come out for capture.  The Pokémon you capture here do not get added to the Pokédex.

Space Hiking:
The fifth level, not teaching any new letters but instead the Space bar.  It has many Pokémon come out and have them on various balls, similar to previous levels.  As the level progresses, there are many Pokémon to turn up on balls at the same time.  The Pokémon you catch here do not get added to the Pokédex.
Bronze medal requirements:  Successfully press a letter corresponding to a ball.

Shift Word Challenge:
This level teaches you about finger placement.  There are 9 tutorials to go through.  In them, you must pop balloons with corresponding letters.
Bronze medal requirements:  Complete 3 tutorials.
Silver medal requirements: Complete 6 tutorials.
Gold medal requirements: Complete all the tutorials.
Zorua Archipelago:
After completion of Training levels, you get to this level, which teaches the Z letter.  This is the first level in the game which involves you catching Pokémon.  This also where you get the Typing Ball.  Your first task here is to capture Zorua.  On the first visit, you have to only type the first two letters.
Bronze medal requirements:  Catch a Pokémon.
Silver medal requirements: Capture five Zorua.
Boss Battle: Down-Dark Ocean Depths--After being attacked by it in Down-Dark Ocean Depths, you will get told that Kyogre has been spotted at Zorua Archipelago.  Head there and you will get taken underwater by Kyogre.  Its attacks are fairly simple, Hydro Pumps that it shoots at you and breaks into pieces.  Level 50:  Kyogre has 3 waves which form into three, four, and five Hydro Pumps.
Gold medal requirements: Find and Capture Kyogre.

Deerling Park:
This level, which teaches you the S key, has you catch Deerling, one for each season.  On your first visit, you only have to type the first four letters of the name.
Bronze medal requirements: Capture two Pokémon. 
Silver medal requirements: Capture all of Deerling's forms.  Can be done over multiple run-throughs. 
Gold medal requirements: Capture all of Deerling's and Sawsbuck's forms. Can be done over multiple run-throughs.

Torchic's Meadow:
This level teaches you the A letter. The main objective here is to catch a Blaziken.
Bronze medal requirements: Capture three different Pokémon.
Silver medal requirements: Obtain 10,000 points and capture Blaziken.
Gold medal requirements: Get a no-miss capture streak of fifteen Pokémon.

Emolga's Tall Forest:
A level where a boss is encountered.  The level has you use the E key.  A variety of Pokémon await you.
Bronze medal requirements:  Investigate the level in search of Serperior.
Boss Battle: Serperior in Emolga's Tall Forest--The boss of this level is Serperior.  As it arrives, it will send out leaves and vines to damage you, all of which have letters.  Take too long to type the letters and it will leave.  Once you've defeated the leaves, you'll be able to capture it.  Unlike Kyogre, Serperior has three different levels--50, 70, 100. 
Level 50:  Serperior unleashes two leaves at a time.
Level 70:  Serperior unleashes two waves of leaves as well as vines that are continuously growing.
Level 100: Serperior unleashes three waves of leaves as well as vines that are continuously growing.
Silver medal requirements:  Capture Serperior at level 70.
Gold medal requirements:  Capture Serperior at level 100.

A relatively standard level teaching the R key.

Courses are the levels which the player goes through to complete the game. A list of the courses as well as the medal requirements and Pokémon found below.

Mr. Alt's Pulse: The first course which you go through, teaching the Alt button. Considering it's the first course, it's a relatively simple level. The only keys you will need here are the Q, A, and Z keys.
