Ludicolo (Japanese: ルンパッパ Runpappa) is a Water-type Stage 2 Pokémon card. It is one of the Nintendo Black Star Promos.

In Japan, this card was released as both a holographic and non-holographic promotion at 7-Elevens. It's English release was made available to anyone who purchased the first EX Value Pack.
Trivia
This was the last Nintendo Black Star Promo to have a dot-code strip area, albeit without an actual dot-code strip.
Origin
Rain Dish is an ability in the Pokémon games that Ludicolo can have. Fury Swipes is a move in the Pokémon games that Ludicolo can learn.
