One of Hakozaki's illustrations

Hideaki Hakozaki is an illustrator for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Hakozaki graduated from the Tokyo University of Art and Design, and has been living and working in Tokyo since. Ever since 2004, he has been a designer for the 3D gaming industry: first working as a Field Artist for the game Sonic Unleashed and later in Art Support for Sonic and the Black Knight.

Hakozaki started illustrating cards for the Pokémon Trading Card Game with the debut of HeartGold & SoulSilver during the start of the LEGEND era. So far, he has illustrated 37 cards for the card game. For a list of cards he illustrated, go here.
