==Effect==
When the [[sync pair]]'s Trainer uses a move, it has a chance of increasing the user's {{stat|Special Attack|Sp. Atk}} by one rank. The skill can range from Morale Boost 1 to Morale Boost 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater chance of activation. Morale Boost 9 will always raise the user's Sp. Atk.
