'''Learning and Relaxing''' (Japanese: '''熱血授業と癒しの意欲''' ''Passionate Teaching and Desire for Healing'') was an [[academy event]] in {{g|Masters EX}}. It was focused on the sync pairs {{sync|Hugh|Pignite|Academy}}, {{sync|Jasmine|Forretress|Academy}}, and {{sync|Kabu|Camerupt|Academy}}.

The "Jasmine Costume Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Jasmine (Academy) & Forretress, and the "Kabu Costume Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Kabu (Academy) & Camerupt. Both of these scouts lasted for the duration of the event.

During this event, players could go through an academy experience with Hugh (Academy) & Pignite, obtaining custom sync orbs to customize their [[sync grid]] by completing battles and story segments. Each time the player completed an academy experience, they received 4 Custom ★ Power-Ups for Hugh & Pignite. Excess Custom ★ Power-Ups could be exchanged in the {{mas|shop}} for items.

The player could battle using Jasmine (Academy) & Forretress or Kabu (Academy) & Camerupt to obtain +1.0× sync orbs; Hugh & Pignite to obtain +0.5× sync orbs; {{sync|Iris|Lapras|Academy}}, {{sync|Gladion|Porygon-Z|Academy}}, {{sync|Marnie|Cyclizar|Academy}}, {{sync|Morty|Typhlosion|Academy}}, {{sync|Rei|Braviary|Academy}}, {{sync|Brendan|Marshtomp|Academy}}, {{sync|Florian|Lechonk}}, or {{sync|Rosa|Deerling|Academy}} to obtain +0.3× sync orbs; and any unlisted [[Johto]] or [[Galar]] sync pairs to obtain +0.1× sync orbs.

In addition, two special log-in bonuses were available during this event. The first was available from November 14 to 21, 2025, and the second was available from November 21 to 28, 2025. Players could receive five Limited-Time Stamina Tickets upon logging in for the first time during each log-in bonus period, with the first set being given by Jasmine (Academy) and the second set being given by Kabu (Academy). These tickets could be exchanged for {{mas|stamina}} refills in the Replenish Stamina menu, allowing players to have more stamina to try the academy experience. Limited-Time Stamina Tickets were automatically exchanged with coins once they expired, which coincided with the end of the event.
