Trace (ability)

Trace (Japanese: トレース Trace) is an ability introduced in Generation III that copies special abilities.
In the main games, it copies the ability of the current opponent, for all intents and purposes. In Mystery Dungeon, Trace is only activated when the Pokémon is attacked, and one ability chosen at random is copied.
