This card was first released as part of the Extended Sheet 1 of the Vending Machine cards. It was later reprinted in the Quick Starter Gift Set.

Origin

Scratch and Tail Whip are both moves in the Pokémon games. Rattata can learn Tail Whip but not Scratch. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Blue.
