Mind Games (Japanese: 攻撃時特防ダウン Special Defense Reduction When Attacking) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target, it has a chance of lowering the target's Special Defense by one stat rank. The skill can range from Mind Games 1 to Mind Games 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of lowering the target's Sp. Defense. Mind Games 9 will always cause the target's Sp. Defense to drop (if possible).
The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including 
Buddy moves, but not sync moves or Max moves. The skill will act independently of the move's innate chance of lowering the target's Sp. Defense (if applicable). If the Pokémon has access to more than one Mind Games skill, each will have a chance of activating independently of each other.
