In Japan, this card was released as an unnumbered Jumbo BW-P Promotional card and was awarded to those who participated in the Pokémon Card Beginner's Battle Conference during the months of January and February 2011. The conference logo is featured in the bottom right corner of the artwork.

This card was only released as a Jumbo card and is therefore not legal to use in tournaments or official events.
