| You can play this card only if you have at least 1 Basic Pokémon card in your hand. Put a Basic Pokémon card from your hand into play as your Active Pokémon. Put your old Active Pokémon onto your Bench. (You can't play this card if your Bench is full.)

| At the beginning of your turn, flip a coin. If heads, you can do nothing during your turn. If tails, your opponent can do nothing during his or her next turn.

Release information
This card was released as both a Rare Holographic card and a Rare card in the Gym Heroes expansion. Each features different artwork by Ken Sugimori. In Japan, the Holographic print was released in the Kuchiba City Gym theme deck, while the Rare print was released in the Leaders' Stadium expansion.
