Limber (Japanese: じゅうなん Flexible) is an Ability introduced in Generation III. Nine Pokémon can have this Ability.

Effect

In battle

Limber prevents paralysis. If a Pokémon is paralyzed and gains this Ability through Transform, Role Play or Trace, then the paralysis will be removed. If this Ability is then lost, the Pokémon will be paralyzed again.

Outside of battle

Limber has no effect outside of battle.
