Release information

This card was included in the Vivid Voltage expansion with artwork by Mizue, first released in the Japanese Amazing Volt Tackle expansion. A Cosmos Holofoil version was included in the Eevee Collector Chest. It was reprinted, alongside a Full Art Secret card with artwork by DOM featuring Blue, in the Japanese VMAX Climax subset. The Full Art Secret print was later included in the Brilliant Stars expansion.

Electric Ball is an attack that first appeared on Eelektrik from Noble Victories. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Sword. Blue is featured in the Brilliant Stars print's illustration, who can use a Jolteon in Pokémon Yellow.
