Trivia

Although this Pokémon is level 28, Wartortle does not evolve into Blastoise until level 36.

Origin

Hydro Cannon, formatted on this card as Hydrocannon, is a move later introduced in the Generation III Pokémon games that Blastoise can learn. The Japanese name of Hydro Cannon is spelled ハイドロキャノン rather than ハイドロカノン as in the games.
