Tyra (Japanese: ミサ Misa) is a character of the day in the episode The Bridge Bike Gang of the Pokémon anime. Her English voice actress is Tara Jayne and her Japanese voice actress is 木藤聡子 Satoko Kitō.

She battled against Misty with her Cloyster. However, because of Team Rocket's disturbance, the battle was undecided. Tyra recognized Jessie as "Big Jess". She and the rest of the gang were ultimately scared away by the police; however, upon convincing Jessie, James, and Meowth to ride in the storm, she returned to the cycling road. There, she and the other members helped Ash deliver the medicine to the sick Shellder in Sunny Town.
