Tyra (Japanese: ミサ Misa) is a character of the day who appeared in The Bridge Bike Gang. She is a member of a Biker gang who have claimed Cycling Road as their territory. They battle Trainers who are traveling across the bridge.
She and Chopper, another member of the gang, are old friends of Jessie and James, as they were once part of the bike gang.
Tyra battled Misty with her Cloyster. Tyra seemed to have the upper hand, but because of Team Rocket's disturbance, the battle was undecided. Tyra recognized Jessie as "Big Jess".
