The thief is a character who appeared Pokémon Gotta Catch 'Em All.
History
The thief appeared in Run Out the Thieves!, where she is first seen in a picture on a wanted sign that Shu and Pikachu were looking at. Her Pokémon later kidnaps Shu and ties him up while Pikachu gets locked in a cage. Shu sends out his Wooper but the thief's Sneasel and Houndoom get the best of it with Blizzard and Flamethrower, respectively. Their attacks caused Wooper to be bounce over towards Pikachu's cage.
