The Strategy Memo is a feature of the P*DA found in Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. The feature is obtained as an upgrade in Pokémon Colosseum, while it comes with the P*DA in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness.

This feature allows players to look at Pokémon seen similar to a Pokédex which lacks numerical modes and detailed entries. Full information on a Pokémon can only be obtained in Pokémon Colosseum by talking to the Teacher who installed the upgrade, while the information is obtained automatically in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness.
