This article is about the type of Pokémon Trainer. For the Character of the day that appeared in DP121, see Teacher (DP121).

A Teacher (Japanese: せんせい Teacher) is a type of Pokémon Trainer that first debuted in the Generation II games. In Generation II, they are women in suits with pointers. In Generation IV, they are women in suits, with bags containing papers.

They raise a variety of different Pokémon.
