Solar Power (Japanese: サンパワー Sun Power) is an ability introduced in Generation IV. Six Pokémon can have this ability.
Effect
In battle
In sunshine, Solar Power raises the Special Attack stat 1.5×, but lowers the user's HP by 1/8 of its maximum HP at the end of each turn.
Outside of battle
Solar Power has no effect outside of battle.
