Kissaki City is a city in the region of Sinnoh. Its temple is home to the legendary Pokémon Regigigas.

Although Kissaki City is not home to much, a noticable landmark in the area is Kissaki Temple, which can only be accessed after the Sinnoh Elite Four have been beaten. The temple contains five floors, with odd bits of slippery ice. At the very bottom of the temple lies a dormant Regigigas. To awaken this legendary Pokémon, the player must bring a Regirock, Regice & Registeel to the temple. These three Pokémon can only be obtained via Pal Park or by trading.

Regigigas is Level 70, and #486 in the National Dex. It is a Normal-type. Regigigas is one of the only three legendary Pokémon that is caught in a dungeon whose entrance lies in a city; the other two are Ho-oh and Suicune, both found in Tin Tower.

Geography

Kissaki is located in the far north of Sinnoh, where the temperatures have created an atmosphere of snow. Kissaki City, and the two routes that lead to it (Route 216 and Route 217) are completely covered in snow. To the northeast of Route 217, Wisdom Lake can be found, a cave in which houses Uxie.

Kissaki City can only be reached by the use of Fly or from the Wisdom Lake Surroundings en route Routes 216 and 217. These can only be reached by going through Tengan Mountain.
