Snattle is a Cipher Admin from Pokémon XD. He is chief executive of Cipher, replacing Nascour. When you first encounter him in Phenac City, he has a shadow Lunatone. When you face him again on Citadark Isle, he has a shadow Solrock and a shadow Starmie.
Being promised a rank as the governor of Orre, Snattle did his best to fulfill Greevil's desires. However, ultimately, he failed in his plans.
Snattle's Shadow Pokémon all revolve around celestial bodies (Moon, Sun, and Star).
