- The non-holographic versions of Magmortar and Ninetales are exclusive to this deck, as they only appear as holographic cards in the main set.
- The holographic version of Tangrowth is also exclusive to this deck, as it only appears as a normal card in the main set.
Like other Theme Decks, Recon also includes a rulebook, damage counters, status counters, a custom coin (Rayquaza), one single-player mat, a card list (inside the rulebook), Tangrowth deckbox and one bonus Call of Legends booster pack.
