Pokémon League entrance exam instructor

The Pokémon League entrance exam instructor is the man who oversees the entrance exam for the Pokémon League. His only appearance was in The Ultimate Test. In the final portion of the test, he let the testers take three of his Pokéballs and use their contents in battle against him.
