Oscar and Andi
Oscar (Japanese: Oscar) and Andi (Japanese: Andrew) are a young couple from Hoenn who are deeply in love with each other. Oscar's English voice actor is Wayne Grayson and Andi's English voice actress is Kate Petterle. They have been based off the Young Couple trainer class, though they are much better dressed than the game class.
Oscar and Andi love taking part in double battles with their Nidoking and Nidoqueen. They also claim to have a knack for spoting couples in love. When they spotted Ash and May arguing, they claimed that each had romantic feelings for the other. Ash and May's persistant arguing, combind with this accusation, diminished their concentration, and the enamored couple were able to defeat them without a problem. Similarly, they saw Jessie and James, and claimed that, they too, were a couple. Even though Team Rocket was able to look past this, they were still defeated.

Their names and style of dress may be a reference to the The Rose of Versailles fantasy manga, about a girl named Oscar who crossdresses living in France, and who falls in love with a man named André.
