[[Ash Ketchum|Ash]], [[Ritchie]] and his friends met up with Oliver while they were searching for a mysterious Pokémon. What they didn't know is that it was Oliver who had found the mysterious Pokémon, which ended up being a baby {{p|Lugia}} named {{jo|Silver}}. Oliver (Japanese: オサム Osamu) is a recurring character in the Pokémon anime who appeared in The Mystery is History, A Parent Trapped, and A Promise is a Promise. His English voice actress is Kayzie Rogers and his Japanese voice actress is Motoko Kumai.

Ash, Ritchie, and his friends met up with Oliver while they were searching for a mysterious Pokémon. What they didn't know is that it was Oliver who had found the mysterious Pokémon, which ended up being a baby Lugia named Silver.
