Nando's Roselia (Japanese: ナオシのロゼリア Naoshi's Roselia) is a Pokémon owned by Nando. Its Japanese seiyū is 川上とも子 Tomoko Kawakami* and Michelle Knotz in English.

It first appeared as Budew in Dawn of a New Era, then evolved later in the same episode. Nando used to it to fight Dawn and Ash. Nando and Roselia also appeared in DP036.
