Fishing Expert
(Japanese: 釣り名人 Fishing Expert) is a character of the day who appeared in SM033.
He was first seen sleeping whilst Team Rocket were fishingfor the Totem at Brooklet Hill having previously told them about it and woke up after Bewear came and took them away.
When Lana and Ash came fishing, he informed them that they needed his permission to fish.
