There are several cards in the Pokémon Trading Card Game that have small applications for the e-Reader in their dot code data that are not as elaborate as other multi-card applications, such as coin tosses and duel timers. This list catalogues all of these small applications.

List of applications
Expedition Base Set
- Chansey: contains a coin toss similar to the Pokétch application Coin Toss, but with a Chansey coin.
- Bill's Maintenance: another (slightly different) coin toss.
- Professor Elm's Training Method: contains a timer similar to the Kitchen Timer Pokétch application.
- Professor Oak's Research: contains a duel timer similar to a chess clock - each player presses L or R after their turn is over and the timer keeps track of how long each player's turns take.
Skyridge
- Haunter: A Haunter appears on the screen and the player can move it around with the directional buttons and the A button.
- Teddiursa: A Teddiursa appears on the screen and the player can move it around with the directional buttons and the A button.
Japan P Promo
- Pikachu: A Pikachu appears on the screen and the player can move it around with the directional buttons and the A button.
