Katrina was the character of the day in AG011, A Bite To Remember, a Ranger. She had three Mightyena and a Poochyena. She used the four of them to protect the area Ash and company were in, which was a Pokémon reserve. She takes care of injured Pokémon until they are better. At the end of the episode, her Poochyena evolved, due to fighting off Team Rocket. And, of course, Brock was hitting on her the whole episode, too.
