Katrina (EP069)

Katrina (Japanese: カツコ Katsuko) is a character of the day in the episode Lights, Camera, Quacktion!. She is voiced by Amy Birnbaum in English and Akiko Hiramatsu in Japanese.

While Ash was looking for a place to train for the Pokémon League, he met Katrina, who challenged him to a battle. However, before it could even begin, Team Rocket tried to steal Pikachu and Katrina's Raichu. After quickly defeating them, Cleavon Schpielbunk appeared and offered both Pokémon a role in his movie, Pokémon in Love.

After auditioning, both Pikachu and Raichu landed roles in the movie, as well as working behind the scenes by helping to create a thunderstorm for the movie.

After the movie wrapped, both Katrina and Ash expressed excitement at entering the Indigo Plateau Conference.

		Raichu
		Raichu is the only known Pokémon Katrina has, it first appeared when Ash was looking for somewhere to train for the Indigo Conference, he found Katrina and they decided to battle. Ash sent his Pikachu and before they could start Team Rocket appeared to try and capture Pikachu but captured Raichu instead. Raichu uses Thunderbolt and Mega Kick to get out and knock Team Rocket over. It then appears on stage for Cleavon Schpielbunk's film, where they have to show off thier dancing skills and dances with Pikachu, then Jigglypuff comes on stage sending Raichu and the other Pokémon asleep. Later it is seen in the end of the movie with a battle between two sides. In the middle is Raichu and Pikachu doing their electric attacks respectively, but it causes chaos. Team Rocket appear and capture Raichu along with the other Pokémon, but is freed by Misty's Psyduck's Confusion sending Team Rocket blasting off and getting the final scene complete. Its known moves are Thunderbolt and Mega Kick.
