Kaiser

This article is about a character featured in the Pokémon anime who has not yet debuted in the English language dub. As such, their information may contain romanized Japanese names, rather than dub names.

(Japanese: カイザー Kaiser) is the Safari Zone warden in The Legend of Dratini of the Pokémon anime. He is largely responsible for the banning of this episode everywhere outside of Japan for pointing a gun in Ash Ketchum's face. Because of this, he does not have an English name, so this article will refer to him as Kaiser. He is voiced by 鈴木泰明 Taimei Suzuki.

Kaiser is a relatively strange and threatening old man but only because he wishes to protect Dratini who lives in the Safari Zone from poachers. Unfortunately, he is captured by Team Rocket. They use a series of techniques to try to get him to talk such has interrogating him, Jessie promising to marry him, and threatening him with a gun. However, he finally tells them after they use a robot to tickle him.

Later on, he finds his Dratini friend and sees that it had evolved into Dragonair and had children of its own.
