Kaiser

(Japanese: カイザー Kaizer) is the Safari Zone warden in The Legend of Dratini of the Pokémon anime. He is largely responsible for the banning of this episode everywhere outside of Japan for pointing a gun in Ash Ketchum's face. Because of this he does not have an English name so this article will refer to him as Kaizer. He is voiced by 鈴木泰明 Taimei Suzuki.

Kaizer is a relatively strange and threatening old man but only because he wishes to protect Dratini who lives in the Safari Zone from poachers. Unfortunately he is captured by Team Rocket. They use a series of techniques to try to get him to talk such has interrogating him, Jessie promising to marry him, and threatening him with a gun. However he finally tells them after they use a robot to tickle him.

Later on he finds his Dratini friend and sees that it had evolved into Dragonair and had children of its own.
