Jubei

Jūbei is a fictional character in the anime series of Pokémon, he is also a character of the day who first appeared in Pokémon Chronicles in episode 12: Training Daze, originally he was a red team member and the 10th (12th in japan) partner of Jessie, he shared a mankey with her as well –this is until they failed a robbing test in which lead a poor grade for him, this is the only episode he is seen in he is also voiced by

In the Japanese version he is known as Joubei but in the English dub he does not have any names to speak of.
