Jack Pollockson (Japanese: キース・バスキア Keith Basquiat) is a character of the day in the Pokémon anime. His English voice actor is Jimmy Zoppi and his Japanese voice actor is 納谷六朗 Rokuro Naya.
A Johto resident, Pollockson is an artist renowned for his style of art, appearing in The Art of Pokémon. He owns three Smeargle, which are the ones that actually paint his art. However, the town residents disagree with his views on what art is. They claim he's vandalizing the town, but Pollockson claimed the Smeargle were just expressing themselves.
