Jack Pollockson is a character of the day in the Pokémon anime. His English voice actor is Jimmy Zoppi.
A Johto resident, Pollockson is an artist renowned for his style of art, appearing in The Art of Pokémon. He owns three Smeargle, which are the ones that actually paint his art. However, the town residents disagree with his views on what art is. They claim he's vandalizing the town, but Pollockson claimed the Smeargle were just expressing themselves.
